Martin,
I have notified this drawback. Subsequently I have changed the occurance of <propulsion> element to unbounded, thus one <propulsion> element can be used for each power supply system.
<xsd:element ref="propulsion" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded">
<xsd:annotation>
<xsd:documentation>technical data about the propulsion system of a vehicle</xsd:documentation>
<xsd:documentation>History: V0.91 First release
V0.92 extensive revision, adding all subsystems of propulsion
V0.93 change to user defined type
V1.01 changed to refer to the global element and can occur "unbounded" each for one power supply system</xsd:documentation>
</xsd:annotation>
</xsd:element>
The new schema version will be published in due course.
