Dear community,
within the railML use case developer group "ETCS" [1] we are going for enhancing railML3 data model to be able to deal with ETCS level 1 projects. In that context, the need for modelling Euroloop (cable based infill information in ETCS L1) was discussed. In particular, the following requirements have been collected:
1) An infrastructure element for the Euroloop is needed.
2) A Euroloop should provide the ETCS country/region ID (NID_C) with values 0..1023
3) A Euroloop should provide the ETCS loop number (NID_LOOP) with values 0..16383
4) A Euroloop should provide the DSS code (Q_SSCODE) with values 0..15
5) A Euroloop should provide its location (especially start and end) in relation to the topology.
6) A Euroloop should be able to connect with a balise group announcing ETCS package 134.
