just a short notice on http://trac2.assembla.com/railML/changeset/391:

Susanne mentioned to add the already discussed attributes "tsiLocation"
and "tsiCheck" defining the five digit location code and the check
digit. Therefore, in http://trac2.assembla.com/railML/changeset/392 I
added these two attributes.
