Hallo,
we are developing a software for calculation of railway infrastructure
availability. One portion is the feed-in of incidents (infrastructure
failures). Therefore we have started to develop a new scheme to have this
input in RailML format. This scheme will contain info about time, duration
and type of failure. We will present more details on next RailML meeting
in April.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen/Best regards,

Hallo,
just to correct a potential misunderstanding: "incident" is in the context of
that new scheme not directly an "accident" but mainly an "equipment failure". It
will be used in that case to calculate system availability in the end.
