Hello,
why does the collection itself have this attribute?
The relevant information should be what number the NetElement is within the collection.
Maybe this is already specified by the ordered tag on the association?
Then the sequence attribute is superfluously!?

Dear Felix,
this OrderedCollection class is the link between collection and related
objects, each object being qualified by its position in the collection
(rank order).
In fact the term "sequence" should be replaced by "rank" as part of the
next revision.
